HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Biometric Identity Management Systems Analyst to perform all-source research and produce written assessments on various technology threats around the world. Written assessments address routine operational requests for information, and inform daily decision making! *CI *TE *MV



What you will do

  • Research and write multiple types of analytical product to support both internal and external mission partners; the products may range in length from an email response to a 15 to 20 page paper citing 200+ unique sources from open and customer databases
  • Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
  • Complete requests for information across counterintelligence (CI) and counterterrorism (CT) regional areas by a specified due date
  • Recommend areas of research to the customer to write additional reporting
  • Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations 
  • Provide feedback to external groups on their products
  • Write requirements to external groups to assist with enhancing intelligence reports
  • Work independently and as a team to produce timely intelligence products
  • Provide content to support quick turn research requirements using technical knowledge
  • Use Word Track Changes to facilitate comments and changes in products between the editing team and government team



What we are looking for

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
  • 8 years of experience as an intelligence analyst writing and publishing intelligence products in a variety of formats
  • 8 years of experience as an all-source analyst
  • 3 years of experience with customer analysis tools and databases
  • Experience with customer reporting databases and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer operations and missions
  • Demonstrated research and writing ability
  • Experience working in a fast pace, deliverable based environment
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
