Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Recruiting Manager to maximize effectiveness of overall recruiting process.  Will involve tracking data within excel to capture sourcing information, skill sets, tracking current salary trends, etc.  
  • Responsible for the beginning of the recruiting life cycle to begin with more training/growth on the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various team goals.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with existing recruiters and business leaders.  Will provide recruiting staff with offer generation, scheduling interviews, working with Recruiting Coordinators to make sure background checks are completed, provide support to incoming new hires in sending them onboarding information, tracking new hires information to provide to our human resources team, etc.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, and possibly job events.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.  Will take that information and assist in posting all jobs for Enlighten.
  • Regular follow up with the respective recruiters, recruiting manager, hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Conducts phone screens to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.  Will help recruiters disposition candidates against all of their job requisitions. 
  • May administer tests and interpret results, check references, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Security Clearance – Not required on the first day, but could be processed for a security clearance and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with an automated applicant tracking system.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Must have strong customer service skills and detail-oriented skills. 
  • Must be a quick learner and have a drive to become one of the best quality, technical recruiters in the industry.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment.



Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting with a government contractor, to include experience recruiting for technical, hard to find candidates and cleared personnel.
  • General human resource and compensation knowledge
  • Understanding of common staffing metrics and functions
  • Understanding of Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering and Product Owner roles and requirements.
  • Experience with G-mail, Hangouts, Mattermost, YouTrack, Teams and MyHR are all a big plus.
