Job Description

HII - Mission Technologies is looking for a Technical Recruiting Sourcer to support our Enlighten team.  Enlighten is a growing IT consulting firm that specializes in Cloud Computing, Big Data and Cyber Security.  We understand the competitive nature of DoD and Government Contract recruiting. The best and brightest may not be actively searching for employment. This is where your valuable sourcing skills and expertise will make a difference. The Technical Recruiting Sourcer will build and maintain a network of high demand potential candidates through proactive market searching and initial outreach, and drive on-going candidate relationship management.  They will also support the Recruiting team with any administrative duties as needed. We are a high-energy organization hiring for multiple DoD programs and look forward to hearing how you creatively source passive candidates across different platforms.

You don’t need a babysitter, and we won’t treat you that way.  You have the option to work a hybrid schedule at any of our Enlighten offices (Linthicum Heights, MD, San Antonio, TX, Augusta, GA). 



Minimum Qualifications

  • A current government clearance is not required but could be processed for a Security Clearance and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • 6 years experience in talent sourcing or recruiting for high quality technical candidates, such as Java Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, etc. and must have a Bachelors in related field; OR 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. 
  • Ability to identify and source candidates outside of job boards using boolean technics. 
  • Experience using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques, X-Ray searching, referral management and cold calling techniques.
  • Working knowledge of the recruiting functions and life cycle with some exposure to practical basics of recruiting.
  • Functional ability to work with Microsoft Office products, Gmail and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be able to work independently, be organized, manage multiple priorities and support recruiting team members as necessary including scheduling interviews, updating the applicant tracking system, etc. 
  • Ability to support fast paced, very technical, and quality recruitments.



Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with JIRA and MyHR (SuccessFactors) is a plus. 
  • Experience with social media, blog sourcing, and applicable sites like Reddit and GitHub are highly desired
  • Familiarity with OFCCP regulations.
